Lets face it after they are in for a year or five, things start to wear. We repair all types of home lifts and see many on a regular basis. Ascend Elevator knows the importance of un-interrupted elevator service and therefore we offer Preventative Maintenance agreements with the maximum protection of a Full Maintenance contract to Minimal protection with an Oil & Grease program. We work with our customers to provide you the personalized service you desire and we will keep your valuable equipment running to the best of its ability.
Full Maintenance ContractsWe will analyze your individual needs and develop a program to minimize your down time, costly repairs and provide you with the most cost effective protection for your elevator. Depending on the traffic your elevator experiences as much or as little, our Preventative maintenance will be adjusted to meet your needs. Our office is in Portland Oregon and you won't have to go through layers of people and departments to get our mechanics dispatched to your emergencies. It's direct, It's fast and cost effective. One call does it all!
Bottom Line. is It covers just about everything but acts of God and vandalism.
Oil & Grease ContractsAs with the Full Maintenance, with the Oil & Grease we maintain the State Check charts, we inspect all equipment and make sure it runs properly. The main difference with the O & G vs Full Maintenance is that parts and over time calls are not covered in the agreement. They are billed separately as things need replacement or you have emergencies. With all our agreements we offer Free 24 hr emergency phone service. Some customers prefer to do quarterly services to meet the minimum requirements without agreements. We offer service to anyone that needs it. We believe in our performance and know that once you try our services, you will call back for more.
The None Contract Contract If you don't want a contract and just want to get your State check chart work caught up to date or need some repairs handled, No problem, we will work with you any way that makes you comfortable.
