• We offer free quotes for all your repairs, State Requirements, A17.3 code work and common breakdowns.  We give you fair prices on all major and minor parts replacements.  No Surprises!  Call us today for your free quote.  In most cases our rates mean 15-25% savings to our customers.  We have an in-house machine shop.  This is great for any mechanical part that cant be obtained otherwise.  This can sometimes happen with older elevators.

Hard to get parts, No Problem

• There are many old elevators in the Portland area.  100 years old is not uncommon, unfortunately the parts for many of these elevators have become none existent.  In many cases with Ascend elevator this does not mean the end, or an expensive up-grade.  If you just want the elevator back the way it was before the part broke, we have a full machine shop on-site and can make many types of parts that can't be found elsewhere.
