During our Maintenance visits we will check in with you at the beginning of the service, ask if there are problems needing attention and try to take care of them at that time.  A time ticket is left in the machine room and office so you are aware of our progress each visit.  Check charts are maintained for State Verification at any time.  Communication is key to keeping your equipment running properly.  We find this method most efficient for Superior Service.  We have specific training in all major manufacturer equipment, State certified with Mechanical and Electrical License.  We get personal with your elevator!  Let us show you the difference!
